The Tick-Box headset confidence checker is used to confirm that the accoustic limiting devices fitted to all Plantronics headsets are fitted and working correctly.
The headset checker has been designed to provide a simple user interface and a visual pass or fail indication for ease of use.
Any Plantronics headset is simply plugged into the QD ready for checking. Pressing the test button will automatically check the headset and the green light will illuminate to confirm that the headset is ok. If the red indicator lights up, then the headset should be returned to Plantronics for further testing. more
