The ConneXions paging transmitter is approved to European Standards ETS300.224 and can support up to 9999 numeric or alphanumeric pagers. Operating on UHF frequencies, it offers a high degree of reliability, with superb signal propagation in a commercial environment; providing coverage of around 100,000 sq. feet, while using small and unobtrusive aerials. Simple to install, its modular design allows the system to be customised to the users requirements. Single and triple serial interface versions are available for connection to a PC, running either stand-alone, or multi-user paging software. Other serial devices may be connected, such as analogue addressable alarm panels, nurse call and building management systems. Optional voltage and voltage-free interfaces can also be used where serial output is unavailable from host equipment. ConneXions transmitters can be ordered with an optional telephone-paging interface (not retrofit) for two wire or four wire systems and up to fifty personalised alphanumeric messages may be stored that can be recalled by any user.
