Formed in 1988, we are one of the longest established cellular accessory suppliers in the UK. As an ISO 9002 approved company our policy is to make sure we fully understand our customer requirements, ensure that the solutions decided upon are achievable and then to make them happen in the agreed time frame. This approach has been instrumental in the development of Switch over the last 12 years and has allowed us to develop an enviable customer portfolio. In addition to several hundred independent distributors we also supply some of the best known names in retail. In working with all of these organisations we have developed tailored solutions to their training, display, merchandising and logistic requirements. We offer:  A full range of cellular accessories -(including universal products)  The system 2000 range of landline accessories  Licensed products  Unique products  Cordless telephone batteries and antennasAs part of a total accessory solution we have a mobile task force of Account Managers to compliment our other services. We can tailor their role to suit our customers’ requirements. We have found the most successful way is to merchandise the products in store on a regular basis giving a first class display at all times. We have a range of display solutions and recommended profiles. These range from a specifically designed Switch Electronic freestanding unit to a dedicated in store bay. We very much tailor the branding and packaging to the retailer and in particular the retailers target market. In some instances this will mean own branding, in others it will mean developing a separate brand. In order to make selling accessories as easy as possible, and to take the emphasis for product knowledge away from the shops, we operate a dedicated telephone helpline for end users. This number will appear on all product packaging. Customers will be able to call for help and advise on using the products and as a first stop for any return issues.
